Sport and Spine Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice that specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries. Founded in 1988, our excellence in treatment and communication with physicians has allowed us to grow into the seven locations we have today. We provide the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment. In each of our clinics, we offer a team approach so our patients can receive the best treatment possible. Our team-mates consist of licensed physical and occupational therapists, certified athletic trainers, and physical therapist assistants. We enjoy being an active part in our community. Sport and Spine Physical Therapy has provided physical therapy services to local high schools for the past 20 years. We are also associated with other physical therapy practices in the surrounding areas including Merrill, Auburndale, Medford, and Wittenberg.
