Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct collections related to AR/maintain communication with clients
• Enter and review bills for accuracy, assist CFO in resolving disputes, pay approved invoices
• Create and update purchase orders, review bills, item receipts and purchase orders for discrepancies; work with Office Manager and Operations Manager to correct discrepancies
• Create bank deposits & reconcile bank accounts
• Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with clients, vendors, and banking contacts
• Prepare schedules and reports as requested by management
• Work with administrative staff to keep track of company assets
• Work with company's accounting firm to provide information required for corporate tax returns, 1099s, W-2s, etc.
• Create and send invoices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks
• V22 preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using ConnectWise
• Experience using ClickUp
