Qualifications
Education:
High School or greater;
Experience:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Teamwork Environment
Able to work directly with people of all background
Experience in healthcare or customer service setting preferred.
Familiarity with EMR preferred.
Licenses: Not required.
Responsibilities
Taking notes during patient visits and documenting them in the electronic health records system
Learning about the medical process and using a team approach in patient supervision and documentation
Working with a supervising Physician or Doctor to complete and submit medical records
Communicating with patients and supervising Physicians professionally
Completing all administrative tasks efficiently and helping the Physician take tests and give out medication
Represent Spine & Sport according to the company mission & core values;
Enhance the patient experience through all touch points
Greet and check in patients upon arrival
Assist in maintaining the patient chart within EMR including but not limited to: intake, appointment scheduling, communication with patient and referring provider.
Assist with Non-Patient related tasks as directed by Clinic Director/Supervising Physical Therapist.

Clinic Director (primary) and Physical Therapist
Clinic Duties
All duties performed in the clinic are non-patient related.
Facilitates patient flow in clinic by proactively: prepping exercise equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic including cleaning tables, equipment, and all high contact surfaces;
Assists with translation between patients and clinical staff;
Attend and participate in weekly clinic meetings;
Administrative Duties
Assist with front office tasks as assigned to include, but not limited to:
· Checking patients in;
· Collecting co-pays;
· Assisting patients using the Kiosk;
· Scanning/copying documents;
· Making phone calls;
· Scheduling.
Physical Demands
Requires full range of body motion;
Requires prolonged standing, walking, frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and lifting of 50- 100 pounds with assistance as necessary;
Requires manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as vision and hearing within normal range;
Requires proficiency in use of office machines such as telephone, laptop, copier, appropriate medical equipment, and gym equipment;
Requires the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
