Responsibilities:
- Management of plant personnel by hiring, firing, training, and motivating
- Coaching, scheduling, accountability and follow thru with staff
- Responsible for hitting plant production goals
- Streamlining processes
- Cost containment measures for meeting financial budgets
- Training and development of team leads that hold company values
- Closing the plant daily
- PPOH of 100/hour and labor percentage of less than 14%
- Consistently meeting quality standards
- Following all HLAC policies and procedures
- Keeping employee morale high and employee turnover low
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong ability to motivate team and hold accountable - great coach
- Problem solver - always looking for ways to do things more efficiently
- Strong sense of urgency - gets things done and timely
- Is a manager and not a operator
- Can wear many different hats and has eyes in the back of their head
- Strong commitment to following processes
