Service Writer - Speed Lube Complete Auto Care

Speed Lube Complete Auto Care is a full service automotive repair facility located at 926 E Eldorado Street in Decatur. We have a brand new building with top notch working conditions. We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and exceptional customer service skills.

*Responsibilities*

- Interact with customers to determine their service needs

- Provide accurate estimates for automotive repair services, tire services, and suspension repairs

- Upsell additional services based on customer needs

- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history

*Experience*

- Prior experience in service writing or automotive sales is preferred

- Familiarity with repair facility operations and service technician roles is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
