We currently have several full-time job positions available in skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers (medically compromised individuals-adult/geriatrics). We are NOT an agency. We are a small consulting firm that specializes in mentoring as well as program growth within medical facilities.
Positions are located in the following areas
New Rochelle NY (Westchester County)- Full Time Hours (Open to Clinical Fellows) (Medical)
Franklin Square NY (Nassau County)-30 Hours Per Week (Open to Clinical Fellows) (Medical)
We are looking for full time coverage and part time coverage.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to adult/geriatric populations with an array of differentiating diagnosis'.
Candidate will evaluate and provide treatment to individuals with speech, language, cognition, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders.
Candidate will be responsible for completing all pertinent and necessary documentation.
Candidate will be responsible to participate in the interdisciplinary team by attending staff/family meetings.
Candidate will be responsible for reporting to Supervisor on a daily basis.
What Candidate Needs:
· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited College Institution
· If fully Licensed SLP must have Clinical Competence Certification (CCC)
· CPR Certification
· Malpractice Liability Insurance
· If fully Licensed SLP must have current New York State License and Registration AND or if Clinical Fellow-temporary permit number
· Experience of at least 1 year in Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehabilitation Center/Outpatient Rehab/Hospital preferred
· Experience (Externships and/or Work Experience) in Acute/Sub-Acute Care or related medical setting with Adult/Geriatric populations
Candidate will be provided with:
Supervision/Guidance that supersedes that amount required by New York State and ASHA.
Supportive supervisor will be available 24/7 via email, text messaging and phone calls- indirect and direct supervision is provided on a weekly basis whether you are a licensed SLP and or a Clinical Fellow.
