Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Family Medicine Physician at the Houston VA Medical Center (Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center - MEDVAMC) and surrounding Community Based Out-Patient Clinics in the Houston area.
- Full-time opportunity, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 8 hour days
- No evening, weekend or holiday responsibilities
- 19 scheduled patients per day
- No administrative hassles associated with running a private practice
- Great opportunity to focus on being a physician, not dealing with insurance companies and billing issues
Job Requirements:
The Position will have the following requirements:
- Any active state license
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- At least 2 years of recent clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Active DEA registration
