Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is Hiring a Program Guide -3585 Near Haverhill, MA

Location: Haverhill, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 5:30am-2:00pm

Pay rate: $18.15/hour

Qualifications:

HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with SUD/Behavioral Health clientele

The Program Guide is responsible for:

Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication.
Greeting clients, customer service, monitor for client/staff safety, communicate with clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients in and out of the program orderly.
