Location: Worcester, MA Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday Pay rate: $75,000-$80,000/annually The Program Director is responsible for: Direct operational oversight of a collaborative and transitional model treatment program (Hub and Spoke type) which will principally provide on-site Buprenorphine induction services and referral to various Worcester based spokes (OTPs and OBOTs). This is a startup program that is in partnership with Bureau of Substance Abuse Services and SAMHSA. Qualifications: Independent licensure-LICSW or LMHC Required Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and/or experience in a similar management position. Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies. Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative, appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or religious exemption.
