Location: Worcester, MA - Lincoln Street Outpatient Program Schedule: Monday-Friday. Candidate can create their schedule to fit department needs from 5:30am-5:30pm Pay rate: $22.55/hour The Office Manager is responsible for: The administrative functions in the program including the organization and maintenance of all medical records at the site and front desk functions. The supervision of Clinic Office Coordinators and medical records staff at the Outpatient Lincoln Street Program (Worcester) as well as the administrative staff at our Outpatient Merrick Street Program (also Worcester). Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week. Traveling between the two sitesQualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience in a supervisory role preferred.Prior experience in clerical support and office filing, particularly in a healthcare setting is required.Basic computer experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.Benefits:Health, dental, vision insuranceTuition reimbursementPaid time off401k with company contributionDiscounts on wide array of services/entertainment
