Location: Outpatient Treatment Program in Saugus, MA 

Schedule: 2 Openings. Full-time, 40 hours a week. Days and times are flexible; no specific schedule  Pay rate: $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1), $77,100-$88,000 (LMHC/LICSW). Ranges are dependent upon both licensure & experience. Additional opportunities for productivity bonuses

Qualifications:

• Must have experience diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
• MA degree required. Licensed/License eligible preferred. (LMHC/LICSW)
• Experience working in a social service setting and demonstrated ability to work with individuals and families.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team is essential.

 
The Clinician is responsible for:

• Leading in addictions treatment, providing high quality client-focused services.
• Outpatient counseling program serves adults with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Providing individual and group treatment in a setting consistent with evidence-based models.
