Location: Worcester, MA – Outpatient Treatment Program - Lincoln Street Pay rate: $82,500/annually Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday. One early morning shift and one PM shift required The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:The day-to-day operations of a program of substance abuse treatment services in conjunction with the Clinical Program Director.Supervising the implementation and delivery of clinical and case management services and integration of clinical services within the designated sites, services and modalities. Ensuring treatment services are delivered in accordance with evidence- based practices, licensing, accreditation and regulatory requirements and Spectrum’s clinical design; Ensuring clinical services foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service deliveryEnsuring the clinical staff is highly trained and proficient in the delivery of clinical servicesQualifications:Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field required.LICSW, LMHC, or closely related license/certification in the fields of addiction or mental health required.Minimum of (1) one year supervisory experience in counseling required.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a substance abuse or mental health program required.Experience working with DPH (Department of Public Health) licensing requirements or similar licensing entities.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.Benefits:Health, dental, vision insurancePaid time off 401k with company contributionTuition reimbursementDiscounts on wide array of services/entertainment*CA *CB #CSW1
