Location: Bainbridge, GA – Bainbridge PSATC. This position will be for our RSAT (Residential Substance Abuse Treatment) program. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday (10 hour days) Pay rate: $50,000-$55,000 annually The Clinical Supervisor: Oversees all clinical activities of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program. Assists the Program Director in the direct management of all aspects of the RSAT Program at the assigned site and acts as the Director in Program Director's absence. Works closely with the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services. Provides clinical supervision to staff for the purpose of obtaining/maintaining certification. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization. Qualifications: Must be able to be certified as a Certified Clinical Supervisor(CCS) within 12 months of hire and must already have a GA License (LMSW, LMFT) Must hold a LAPC/LPC or CADC credential Must have supervisory and substance abuse experience. Must have a Master's degree. Must have 2 years experience working in field of chemical dependency and/or mental health Correctional experience preferred Must be able to be a CCS within 1 year of hire. Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative, appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or religious exemption.
