As a Product Owner, youll serve as a product expert and collaboratively work with stakeholders across the organization to build innovative solutions that meet the needs of Ideal Images internal and external clients. A strong focus on product outcomes and ability to maximize value is needed to be successful in this position, as you will be expected to guide product development in line with the broader program strategy and priorities. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle from custom-built application definition and planning through UAT, product pilot, market release, and end of life. This role will be responsible for creating a roadmap in alignment with the broader product strategy, gaining alignment on feature requirements, conducting product demos, coordinating system deployments with IT, and help identify product change management to inform proactive client communications.

• Collaborate with users to anticipate needs, incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap, and translate needs into product requirements
• Understand the strategic outcome for the team's product and create a product roadmap based on this vision
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements
• Plan releases and upgrades, set sprint goals, and address production issues during sprints
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria for product features
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaise with stakeholders, the product team, and end-users to deliver updates and gather feedback
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent training/certifications

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience with digital product lifecycle management or similar Product Owner role
• Technical background with in-depth knowledge of software development, web technologies, and web analytics
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle and competitive landscape analysis familiarity
• Ability to optimize a high-converting, direct to consumer sales and business funnel technologies
• Experience engaging, influencing, and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders or leadership

Technical or Administrative Knowledge:

• Proficiency in the use of analytic and data visualization tools to inform decisions
• Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps, Atlassian products, Hotjar, Monday.com
• CRM and/or SaaS product development and market launch

Special Skills and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles along with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in the use of analytic tools and understanding of design quality standards to drive user-centered designs
• Ability to prioritize effectively and drive execution to bring successful products to market on time
• A creative thinker / collaborator able to effectively communicate vision while cultivating an effective problem-solving environment
