Spectra is Hiring a Guest Experience Representative| Part-Time | Snapdragon Stadium Near San Diego, CA
- Provide GREAT customer service for guest attending events at Snapdragon Stadium.
- Handle lost and found during events.
- Recognize potential hazards and observe appropriate precautions with guest.
- Receive and quickly act upon request or complaints from guest.
- Monitor all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Be familiar with Snapdragon Stadium in order to answer stadium questions and provide accurate directions.
- Project an approachable, professional attitude during your shift.
- Direct guest to their ticketed seat or appropriate seating sections.
- Keep aisles and stairs clear of guests.
- Monitor seating area for guests who may not be in the correct area and ask to verify tickets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- A minimum education level of High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Must be comfortable standing or remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
- Excellent customer service skills required, must display a positive and energetic attitude.
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, events as scheduled.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional image and demeanor.
