Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR) - (Multi-Cloud Storage)Location: Home office in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin or surrounding areas. No relocation assistance provided - local candidates only please.Territory:  Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana

We are seeking a competitive, self- motivated individual to join our experienced sales team to cover Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana. This person should be entrepreneurial, growth and profit-oriented who can communicate an innovative message to customers on our solutions. You will be prospecting and developing within that territory by selling primarily through VAR to end-users. You'll work the entire sales pipeline from prospecting for new business, managing installed customers to closing, while daily leveraging our territory sales management tools. We'll provide you with training, tools and a team of professionals to support your efforts.

Experience: 

  • We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:Ability to build and manage strategic collaborations and networking with top tier VARs and alliance partners (Dell EMC, HPE, Pure, Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik and Cohesity).
  • Major priority & job expectation is to develop knowledge and awareness within our VAR and Alliance partner community on our technologically advanced solutions.
  • At least 10 years selling technology solutions (hardware, software, cloud and professional services).
  • Likely to have previously worked for industry leaders such as (and in no preference of order) Pure Storage, Veritas, Commvault, Veeam, Nutanix, Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik, and any Technology VAR or Integrators.
  • Hunter mentality and proven track record of selling complex solutions to large financial institutions.
  • Direct knowledge of key accounts and contacts in the state of Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin).
  • The ability to develop a prospect list and build a pipeline of opportunities.
  • proven history of exceeding sales targets and annual quota goals.
  • Expected to manage, develop and leverage territory activities via our CRM and industry leading prospecting tools.
  • Forecast accuracy and sales progression execution is critical job requirement.
  • Strong (semi-independent) technology skills to compliment and articulate companies value propositions focused on cloud and software solutions.
  • Understanding and demonstrated knowledge of The Challenger Sales methodology a plus. 

Territory Team: The territory team, in support of the Enterprise Sales Rep, will consist of an Order Administrator, an Inside Sales Representative, and a Systems Architect.

Education: Business or Technical College Degree or Military Experience is preferred.

Travel: Position will require at least 60% travel within territory.

Status: Full Time, Direct Hire Exempt Position

Compensation: Base Commission Bonus (dependent on experience)
