We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and entering orders.
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Answer calls
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Order Entry
• Coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries
• Ability to work closely with assigned sales representatives

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
