The Position

This position is in office position located in our Gurnee, IL office.

This position is responsible for the creation of the information required to compile financial statements to clients in a timely fashion. Success of this position is measured by client retention, client satisfaction, and relationship.

What you will do

• Compile external client Point of Sale information and incorporate to internal workpapers
• Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
• Creating and self- reviewing workpapers and reconciliations
• Tracking the delivery of the status of deliverables (ready to prepare, in process) and communicating on a routine basis to the team
• Customer service (internal and external) clients

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred or equivalent experience of 4 years
• MS Excel skills
• Ability to work with confidential matters.
• Detail oriented
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of accounting systems such as Greentree, Peachtree, Creative Solutions Fix Asset Software, and Ultra-Tax preferred, but not a must.
