The Accountabilities of SPIN’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst works with all members of the treatment team to develop an individualized treatment plan that is socially significant that will meet the needs of the child and family
  • Completes Functional Behavior Assessments, Skills Assessments (i.e. VB-MAPP, AFLS) and preference assessments.
  • Trains treatment team and oversees the implementation of the treatment plan (i.e. Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), teachers, teacher's aides, parent, family members) in their roles and responsibilities in implementing the treatment plan
  • Participates in interagency service planning meetings
  • Consistent and ongoing objective assessment and data analysis to inform clinical decision making and to ensure treatment integrity via proper implementation of intervention and systematic data collection 
  • Maintain strong clinical documentation
  • Promote generalization by training parents and others who interact with the individual

The tools you need:

  • Masters Degree in ABA or related required
  • Must have a valid PA license as a Behavior Specialist
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Certification)
  • Driver's License 
  • Covid-19 Vaccination

  • Prior experience working with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
