Your Role
SAS FF’s manufacturing team is critical to executing our missions. As a Manufacturing Administrator, you will play a critical role and significantly impact the company and industry.
Your role will include:

• Supporting manufacturing activities, including ERP implementation, maintenance, and data management. Ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining proper segregation of materials and preparing kitted materials for production work orders.
• Purchasing materials and components and closely monitoring supplier delivery schedules and routinely communicating with vendors to expedite deliveries when needed to ensure availability.
• Responsibility for planning and monitoring production and maintaining inventory levels of materials and finished goods to ensure consistent levels of are on hand to satisfy production demand.
• Developing a positive and cooperative working relationship with suppliers through regular, proactive communication.
• Receiving and reconciling deliveries against purchase orders. Completing documentation and transactions in the ERP system.
• Overseeing and maintaining traceability/document control for all manufacturing areas (Bills of Materials, Routings, Production Revisions, and other ERP inputs for manufactured items).
• Conduct periodic meetings with suppliers to ensure product availability and to communicate changing demand issues. Assisting in the negotiation of supply terms and participating in contract discussions.
• Working closely with suppliers and the quality departments to resolve quality issues.
• Supporting the SAS FF Director with manufacturing team administration (work schedules/planning) and Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and document control
• Leading inventory & production management projects

How You Will Be Rewarded
The annual salary for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. Compensation depends on the candidate’s work experience, education/training, and related skills.

To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to have the following:

• 3-5 years in a procurement role for manufacturing
• Excellent analytical skills are required.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a regulated industry (aerospace, defense) and knowledge of AS9100 standards preferred
