Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and integrate of custom Web applications and solutions interfacing with backend services.
• Develop a cloud-based web application
• Interfaces with senior-level customer management and SMEs
• Develop scalable, secure, cross-platform web applications.
• Resolve complex design, implementation and/or performance issues.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop front end applications using HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and other front end development frameworks such asReact, Angular
• Work with a development team for the development of both front-end web application and back-end services, assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Support all development and delivery activities, from requirements definition and specification to deployment and delivery to production.
• Consult with project teams and end users to identify new requirements; identifies areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or substitute eight years of equivalent work experience.
• At least seven (7) years of recent hands-on front end development experience, using HTML5/CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, two (2) years of experiences usingReact or Angular framework
• Three (3) years of Web application, SOA, web service (SOAP or RESTful) development and deployment
• 7 years experience in related fields
• Experience in developing innovative scalable, secure, cross-platform enterprise custom applications
• Experience in Cloud application development, preferred AWS microservices.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with development teams and customers
• Preferred but not required experience: Oracle Spatial, GIS and geocoding, and large-scale relational database design and development using Oracle and PL/SQL.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in applying Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience leading multiple concurrent software development projects
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with development teams and customers
• Preferred but not required experience: Oracle Spatial, GIS and geocoding, and large-scale relational database design and development using Oracle and PL/SQL.

• In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems. You must havelived in the US for the past three (3) years.

Other Information:

• The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 annually.
