The Role 

We are looking for Housekeeper to ensure an amazing resident experience at one of our Active Adult 55 communities. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community for our residents and make a strong impact. This position is located in Mesa, AZ at our Sage Mesa Community.

What You’ll Do…

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness for all common areas including the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, vacant apartment homes, exterior lights on a daily basis or as directed
• Assist in the make-ready process; ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
• Cleaning duties may include, but are not limited to: sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors; vacuuming carpets, rugs, draperies; dusting/polishing fixtures and fittings; cleaning metal fixtures and fittings; dispose of trash in a sanitary manner; washing windows; breaking down boxes; watering plans 
• Develop strong personal relationships with residents and team
• Monitor and maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Must be well groomed and willing to wear a uniform
• Must possess strong communication skills with a proven ability to build collaborative partnerships 
• Proactive, solutions oriented and accountable 
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and/or holidays when required
• Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently; Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
