• • Proficient in the FAR, DFAR, GSA, and CAS contracts
  • Experience coordinating DCAA and DCMA activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for assigned contracts/programs.
• Serves as the primary communication conduit between the company and the respective customers.
• Provides a proactive voice in the business process.
• Provides proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepares and conducts terms and conditions and other contract negotiations.
• Advises management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Compiles and analyzes data as required. Maintains historical information for assigned contracts.
• Ability to clearly present information to broad audience, inclusive of management
• Manage GSA and other IDIQ contract vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college in a related and 10 years of experience in the Acquisition and/or Contracts Management field
• Prior professional experience in all aspects of the contract lifecycle including proposals, administration, and closeout.
• Proficient in the FAR, DFARS, ITAR, CAS and GSA Contracts
• Strong technical contracts background to include proposal development.
• Prior professional experience coordinating DCAA and DCMA activities.
