Sparibis is Hiring an Accounting Analyst Near Orlando, FL
Location: Must be able to be onsite in Rockledge, FL (100% remote with COVID protocol until further notice)
Years’ Experience: 2 years of accounting or financial analyst experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
Work Authorization: Must be a United States Citizen
Key Skills:
- Labor and payroll processing
- Financial Systems Administration
- Detailed Oriented
- Audit report experience
Responsibilities
- Support the operational day to day accounting functions including the creation, monitoring, and posting of journal entries including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform financial closing duties and financial statement preparation
- Labor and payroll processing
- Perform cash desk duties including deposits and payments
- Cash Flow and Benefits Analysis support
- Ensure proper ongoing reconciliation of GL Account and Project Ledger Reconciliation
- Audit Support
- Travel Card Administration
- Billing and Expense Report Support (as needed)
- Subcontract Management Support (as needed)
Qualifications
- 2 years Accounting experience (required)
- Experience with Deltek CostPoint preferred
- Experience with Defense Industry Accounting Compliance a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Analytical Skills: Must be able to Troubleshoot and Problem Solve
