Position: Digital Business AnalystReporting To: Senior Director, Digital Product
Primary Purpose: The Digital Business Analyst on the Digital Product & Operations Team will play a critical role in the successful execution of customer-focused digital features and functionality across the SPARC sites. As a member of the product team, this person will focus on communicating business value, documenting requirements, and contributing to exceptional product quality. This role will partner closely with Digital Product, UX, Analytics, Development, QA and Business stakeholders on technical specifications, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Champion overall vision and objectives of SPARC GroupSupports the product roadmap driven by company strategy and customer needsParticipate in ideation sessions for new products or functionalitiesCreates and maintains detailed user stories with technical specs, acceptance criteria, feature backlogs, product documentation, use cases, user flows and functional specifications In collaboration with Product Managers, obtain stakeholder buy-in and sign off on requirements Break down concepts into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to feed into development processPartner with Development teams to communicate business requirements and groom user stories in order to prepare for code developmentCommunicate with other teams and stakeholders to identify, monitor and resolve dependenciesPartner with UX, Analytics, Development, QA and Business stakeholders on product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteriaPartner with QA teams on user and regression tests to ensure high product qualityEstablish KPIs to measure results for each release or capability delivered; apply lessons learned through quantitative and qualitative feedback to incorporate into future improvement
2-4 years of relevant experience as a Digital Business Analyst or Product OwnerExperience in using JIRA or other such toolsAn excellent communicator with positive attitude and a sense of humorDemonstrated experience building strong partnerships across teams (e.g. Product, UX, Design, Merchandising, and Development)Excellent documentation skillsAdvanced technical skills.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsExperience with Agile as a Product Owner is a plus
