SPAR Solutions is Hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer Near Atlanta, GA

We are looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Developer to be part of our Salesforce implementations teams. This position also requires the ability to be very hands on, and the openness to be comfortable working across multiple technologies.

  • Key responsibilities: Requirements & Design: Interface with customers to understand & clarify requirements, and develop technical design for solutions Development: Implement high quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform following best practices, including configuration and code (Apex/Lightning/VF), implement integrations using middleware tools, deploy solutions and code using automated deployment tools Ownership: Take ownership of technical deliverables, ensure that quality work is completed, fully tested, delivered on time and on budget, and exceeds customer expectations. Identify opportunities for process improvements, mentor and support other developers/team members as needed. Customer Success: Ensure that quality work is completed and delivered on time to meet customer expectations so project receive a 5 STAR rating from our delighted customers.
  • Required Experience: At least 7 years of overall development experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience developing applications using Force.com technologies (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Force.com IDE, Salesforce DX, Web Services API, etc.) Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite and the Force.com Platform Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications Experience with complex projects Experience with ERP integrations & middleware tools Experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, creating technial design documents Strong oral and written communication, decision making and problem solving skills
