The Emergency Room Technician is a highly visible position in the Emergency Room. Serves as the first point of contact for intake as well as functioning as a team member for responding to medical situations as directed. Completes registration process including verification of insurance and scanning of related authorizations. Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills are required.
Salary Range: $13.18 - $18.61 based on qualifications.
Requirements
High School diploma required. Colorado Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B, EMT-I or Paramedic) certification. Must possess current certification in BCLS.
