Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: This is a remote position. Candidates must reside within 90 miles of Patuxent River, MD (see on-site requirements below).
On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training will be virtual, however on-site training may be required a few hours per week for the first few months.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze customer requirements and design, configure, and/or develop custom SharePoint solutions.
• Provide customer support and assistance with troubleshooting, resolving SharePoint and/or SharePoint Online (SPO) site errors, permissions, content management, etc.
• Design and develop complex solutions utilizing Power Automate and/or Power Apps that meet customer requirements.
• Develop standard operating procedures and user documentation related to SharePoint and SPO sites.
• Consult with customers on SharePoint/SPO requirements, constraints, and best practices.
• Research new and complex SharePoint solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:

• Experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and developing custom solutions for SharePoint and/or SharePoint Online.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• MS Teams experience and understanding of integration with SharePoint.
• Experience with Nintex or SharePoint workflow.

Desired:

• Experience developing, troubleshooting, and/or providing support with MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Power BI) applications highly desired.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment support.
• Experience developing custom web parts and applications using SPFx.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Active or Interim Secret clearance is preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
