The RoleWe are looking for a QA manager responsible for the automation and manual testing of our end-to-end platforms. You should get excited about regularly encountering new software quality challenges to solve across a wide variety of projects. We highly value team members that can take ownership of a problem, find a good solution, and move a project to completion. Your primary focus will be the automation and management of our applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and maintain a comprehensive Manual and Automated Regression Suite
• Ensure Automation Test Runs are running on a smooth and reliable cadence
• Execute manual testing on some regression test cases
• Monitor/Audit Test Runs, with particular focus on failed runs; debugging findings, and ensuring bugs are captured completely and actionable to Engineering partners
• Provide insights to software quality & risks to dev team
• Work closely & effectively with team members and key projects stakeholders
• Work closely with Dev Stakeholders to enable DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Effectively manage schedule to regularly attend meetings and deliver on accountable work
• Work to quickly become well-versed in the dev team’s product/domain space & our Tech Stack
• Analyze platforms and document test scenarios/plans which would validate expected system/software behavior
• Support Quality Assurance testing frameworks & protocols within a software development team.

Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Software Quality Assurance; planning and executing the Integration, Functional, End to End, and UAT test cycles within Agile/DevOps/Continuous Integration environments.
• 5 years experience in Product/Customer Facing QA Automation; creating and maintaining Automated Test Suites with Robot, Selenium, Python, and or Java
• Experience working in start-up or fast paced, do-it-yourself environment
• Some experience in IT Business work (business or systems analyst, research/analytics, design)
• Open to testing on a range of devices (Mac computers, iOS, Android and mobile web) · Familiarity with Jira & XRay test management tool a plus ·
