Executive Assistant - Marshall Office - 40 hours/week with Benefits
Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will provide professional administrative support to the Executive Director and other management staff. Composes, edits, and distributes reports, emails, and other correspondence. Coordinates meetings and maintains calendars. Prepares materials for board meetings and records meeting minutes. Establishes and maintains filing systems. Coordinates and implements employee benefits, new employee orientation, and ADA reporting. Assists with special projects and recordkeeping.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree plus two to four years of related experience preferred. Familiarity with nonprofit organizations helpful. Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge required. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply. Must have reliable transportation to travel within a 14-county service area as needed.
