Maintenance Supervisor needed for 152 unit apartment community in Marietta, GA. Must be EPA Certified. Must have attention to details and good communication skills and be able to take direction. Must have own vehicle and tools. Apartment Community experience a plus. Top pay and benefits. EOE Apartment Allowance available.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
