Essential Job Duties:
- Manage purchase orders, oversee shipping schedule and maintain purchase records.
- Maintain cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities.
- Review inventory and backorders.
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.
- Purchase cost and pricing review and negotiation.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years previous experience in purchasing.
- Strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
