Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements in the production of upholstered furniture.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, using data and metrics to drive continuous enhancement.
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement principles and techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies.
