Hiring Experienced Sales Representatives at Southern Siding and Window Columbia, SC

Role

Outside Sale Representative, a demanding job for an explosive personality in the home improvement industry. Your phenomenal ability to learn about and demonstrate the products and services we provide will have you making lasting customer connections. Through those successful sales visits you will add to your weekly paycheck. The home improvement market is going through an evolution and your adaptability will help us to not only stay current but set trends throughout the industry.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with homeowners that we have prescreened to discuss and evaluate their home improvement needs
• Help homeowners decide on the best options to suit their needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• You would demonstrate our products and services either in person or remotely
• Stay up to date on sales training
• Be available to work full time including evenings and Saturdays

Qualifications

• Ambitious, charismatic and engaging personality
• Sales Experience, construction Background a plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and a drug screen

Salary

• Salary and Commissions Paid Weekly via direct deposit
• Additional bonuses and incentives available based on goals achieved and sales generated
• More than 70% of our sales representatives exceed $70,000 annually
• Over 20% of our sales representatives exceed $100,000 annually
