YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise installers, warehouse, and customer service personnel
• Recruiting, selection and training of new team members
• Timely communications with the General Manager
• Communicate with all departments of any production concerns
• Review and verify employee time sheets advise Payroll of any required changes
• Control attendance and headcount as directed
• Administer, document and discipline as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety instructions
• Resolve employee problems and implement corrective action plans as necessary
• Train production personnel to assure their efficiency and effectiveness
• Recognize problems when they occur and work towards the resolution
• Responsible for accurate and professional servicing of all Ultimate Gutter Guard products
• You will be an ambassador for our company - striving for 100% customer satisfaction
• You will provide complete and accurate client feedback upon completion of jobs
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
• Timeliness is key – you will be expected to arrive “ready to work” according to your schedule
• Maintain strong lines of communication, effective time management skills
• Be an active listener as well as excellent oral persuader
• Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning skills
• Other duties as assigned
