If you share these values and are looking to start or build a solid career, here’s one word of advice-apply!The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and hiring applicants to fill open requisitions, while being accountable for meeting the hiring goals of the organization. You will recruit for hourly positions across the US and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:· Source, assess and recommend for hire the best candidates to fill vacant positions from internal and external sources. Initial primary focus on hourly recruiting.· Manage the recruitment process including adding, deleting, and refreshing job postings in the Applicant Tracking System.· Update and maintain all job postings.· Develop and maintain a network of contacts with area employment resources, participate in job fairs and other association events as needed in both professional and community settings.· Identify and utilize resources to source and refer qualified candidates to fill open positions.· Create and maintain candidate files in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Qualification Requirements· This is a Hybrid role, with the ability to work both remote and on-site.· Excellent communication and organizational skills.· 1-3 years’ experience in recruiting and staffing.· Strong customer service skills.· Excellent relationship management skills (effective communication, listening conflict resolution).· The successful individual will be positive, proactive and flexible, and must possess a strong attention to detail.· Must be able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously.· Must have a high level of confidentiality.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilitiesWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.
