The Construction Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules for a construction project. This includes coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The Scheduler will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and identifying any potential delays or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project schedules using scheduling software
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
• Communicate project schedule updates to relevant team members
• Provide support to project managers in the development of project plans and objectives
• Ensure compliance with project plans, schedules and budgets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction scheduling
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
