Work over 40 and in addition to that 1.5 time, you earn an increase in your PTO
Every 40 hours of OT equals an additional 8 hours of PTO (Up to 40 hours of additional PTO per year)

Tools Are EXPENSIVE, Southeastern Equipment gets it, so we offer techs 1200.00 of tool reimbursement per year when purchased from Case (After 90 days of continuous employment).

Qualified technicians with relevant experience and manufacturer training may start at 30.00 an hour. Overtime is available and paid at time 1/2.
Southeastern Equipment is looking for a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician who is looking for the challenge of working with 80 lines of equipment and attachments and unparalleled opportunities to grow in both field service and management.
Southeastern Equipment Shop Techs repair and maintain dirt movers, lifts, environmental, paving, and milling equipment.
- Perform functionality and safety tests
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, drivetrain, structural and every other type of problem
- Have strong 12/24 volt electrical and hydraulic knowledge
- Experience reading and understanding electrical/hydraulic schematics
- Utilize technology (laptops and tablets) to diagnose
- Understand OSHA and EPA requirements
- Eager to take on more training and certification at the manufacturer level leading to greater opportunities for advancement
Qualifications
- Lift a maximum amount of 50 lbs. You can stoop, bend, climb and crawl without restrictions
- At least three years of experience in shop, or field service, maintenance and repair
- High school diploma or trade school certificate, voed diploma, or associate's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen that includes medical marijuana
