• The Mission of this role is to serve customers who have experienced property damage and need a compassionate, empathetic, and understanding team member who will serve as an expert guide throughout the insurance claims process. Our Estimators serve as the initial representative of Southeast Restoration to the customer and must passionately represent our services by creating a detailed, thorough construction scope of work and advocating on the customer's behalf with their insurance provider.

Compensation Range:

• $45,000- $55,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience. *Ability to earn up to $95,000 after 12 months in the role.
• Attractive incentive plan paid quarterly
• Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance
