SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP is Hiring a Data Coordinator Near Humboldt, NE

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Manage day to day operations of all participant and program data. Implement and maintain the Clarity database and any other databases needed to track services.

MAJOR DUTIES:

  1. Data Entry and filing of all agency paperwork.
  2. Maintain current basic intake and referral data on all program participants as agency requires.
  3. Work with field staff and department supervisors to ensure accuracy of data submitted.
  4. Collect, analyze, compile, and submit data as requested/required.
  5. Maintain operation of agency computer tracking software.
  6. Design and compose required forms for data collection.
  7. Maintain agency data form files.
  8. Maintain all Project First files at Central Office.
  9. Assist the CS Director with preparing documentation, family assessments and goal writing.
  10. Responsible for the timely submission of monthly and year end NHAP Data Reports.
  11. Provide agency data to the Community Services Director for the completion of all required department reports.
  12. Assist Community Services Director with data evaluation for various reports, assessments, and surveys.
  13. Gather and compile data for the Annual Scorecard agency assessment.
  14. Serve on ROMA taskforce and be able to attend meetings.
  15. Serve on CAN Board Data Integrity Alliance and be able to attend meetings.
  16. Answer telephone and route calls to appropriate person.
  17. Retrieve, log, and distribute incoming mail and other material and ensure outgoing mail is properly logged and mailed.
  18. Responsible for maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies and disseminating to staff as required.
  19. Assist Fiscal Department with processing vouchers, maintaining receipts, and bank deposits.
  20. Responsible for keeping agency scrapbook updated.
  21. Be capable of operating all office machines with an acceptable degree of competence.
  22. Responsible for scheduling copy machine maintenance, supplies and monthly copy counts.
  23. Actively participate in efforts to meet the SENCA goals identified within the current SENCA Strategic Plan.
  24. Actively participate in setting, tracking, and attaining the three national ROMA Next Generation Goals.
  25. Demonstrate active employee engagement by using individual talents, providing a consistent level of high performance, building connections and professional networks, having high energy, broadening responsibilities, and building on those responsibilities.
  26. Assist with the daily upkeep and general housekeeping duties of Central Office.
  27. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. High degree of organizational and time/people management ability required.
  3. Ability to work under minimal supervision and accept responsibility for plans of action.
  4. High level of computer skills required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Possess the capability to learn and implement new and improved procedures and techniques in all areas regarding agency data.
  2. Must be able to travel on agency business and attend out of area training meetings and/or conferences as required.
  3. To be knowledgeable of all SENCA programs/services and minimum guidelines for participation.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of information as required by SENCA personnel policies and/or state and federal regulations.
  5. To be aware of existing community resources and how to utilize them.
  6. Must have the ability to empathize with program participants.
  7. Maintain ones’ self at all times so as not to bring discredit upon themselves or the agency.
  8. Understand and comply with the agency’s Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Policy, Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace Policy, Confidentiality of Information Policy, Safety Plan and Personnel Policies.
