Tax Senior or Tax Manager

gpac is partnered with a top-notch, small CPA firm, situated in Greenwood Village, CO, that is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join the team. They are in search of a Tax Manager and/or Tax Senior (will hire one of each) to handle tax-related responsibilities and provide exceptional client service. If you have a passion for taxes and are available to assist clients by answering their questions and addressing their needs, this opportunity might be perfect for you. The role requires a strong work ethic, and you could be either a Tax Senior or Manager. While a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred, having a CPA is not mandatory for this position. If you aspire to work your way up to a partner role, possessing a CPA is a requirement, and we are open to discussing this possibility.

Job Details:

• Location: Frisco, CO
• Experience: 3 years required
• Educational Background: Accounting or Tax degree preferred, CPA/EA is a bonus
• Small business tax return experience is essential
• Knowledge of individual tax preparation is required
• Familiarity with Trust & Estate or Non-Profit tax is a plus
• Strong client relations skills
• Proficiency in software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and CCH
• Compensation Range: $130k to $140k, with the potential for higher compensation

• Interview Process: Two interviews, including introductory meetings. We value in-person meetings but are open to Zoom/video interviews as well.
