Lead Maintenance TechnicianStatus: Full TimeThe Lead Maintenance Technician supports the Operations Director and Maintenance Supervisor in assisting the Engineering Department to provide dependable, cost-efficient delivery of utilities, assuring the Comfort of Patients, Residents, and Staff. The Lead technician accepts direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, which accepts direction from the Dir. of Plant Operations. The technicians will perform maintenance work and repair. Assist with security needs. Acts as a courier service when needed. Prepares logs and reports as required. Assist in all phases of facility needs and respond to related issues and to all emergencies.
