Lead Maintenance Technician
Status: PRN
The Lead Maintenance Technician supports the Operations Director and Maintenance Supervisor in assisting the Engineering Department to provide dependable, cost-efficient delivery of utilities, assuring the Comfort of Patients, Residents, and Staff. The Lead technician accepts direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, which accepts direction from the Dir. of Plant Operations. The technicians will perform maintenance work and repair. Assist with security needs. Acts as a courier service when needed. Prepares logs and reports as required. Assist in all phases of facility needs and respond to related issues and to all emergencies.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Technical training in HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Pneumatic Controls, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronics, or Computers is desirable.
Experience:
At least one year experience in a healthcare or commercially related environment.Demonstrated Or Documented competence in at least one of the following areas: simple maintenance task.
Licenses/Certifications:
Electrical, HVAC/CFC, Boiler, or other technical license/certifications are desirable.
