Source Farms is a group of passionate farmers coming together to change the way people eat for the betterment of people, animals, and the planet. Through regenerative farming and direct-to-consumer shopping, Source Farms aims to evolve food systems and provide delicious, responsibly-raised meat for climate-friendly folks everywhere.

Why We Need You
We seek a motivated sales professional to create, develop, and manage Source Farms’ multichannel direct to consumer sales operation. Our ideal candidate is someone who can not only sell but staff and manage our existing farm stores and farmers market stands, and work with a team to build the DTC business, resulting in a total business volume at least 5 times greater than our current size.
We need a purpose-driven leader who wants to ensure, through deeds, that “food for good” becomes available to many more people.

Responsibilities for Sales Director
The Nitty Gritty
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, has a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or similar
Benefits: Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance
Salary: Total compensation: Y1 is $80k plus end of year bonus; Y2 is $80k plus 2% commission based on 2023 projections
Work Location: This position is based in Yamhill County, OR, primarily in Carlton and Yamhill. We ask that the person live within 30 minutes of Yamhill County, OR if possible or be willing to commute to the area. While we have regional and national customers, the importance of building relationships through presence in the community is an important building block for understanding the ecosystem from its root.
