JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of Head of Customer Experience, Tracks Systems, the employee will be responsible for supporting our Soucy Track customers by providing professional technical advice and a high level of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services. His/her main duties will be:

• Provide exceptional service to our customers by providing them guidance of installation and technical solutions related to track systems;
• Educating the client on how to use and/or maintain the product
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Make regular follow up with customers to ensure their full satisfaction;
• Communicate relevant information to the engineering and after-sale service teams;
• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working properly
• Provide support for development parts, testing and monitoring;
• Operate forklift truck and/or telehandler;
• Keep area neat, clean, orderly and in a safe condition at all times;
• Participate actively in continuous improvement activities;
• Provide the necessary information related to a repair or maintenance in order to have the customers account updated in our ERP (ex: serial numbers, parts needed, replaced);
• Participate in the achievement of departmental objectives by performing other related duties.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

We are looking for a candidate with a technical background and communication skills:

Education:

High School diploma. An Associate’s degree would be considered an asset.

Type of Experience:
2 years of experience performing service repairs or similar position;

Job Requirement and Specific knowledge

• High School diploma. An associate degree would be considered an asset;
• 2 years of experience performing service repairs or similar position;
• A significant interest for agricultural vehicles;
• Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot equipment;
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook);
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, lift up to 70lbs;
• Must have experience with a forklift;
• Must have a valid driver’s license;
• During the peak Ag season, the candidate must be available for urgent service calls.

The position consists of shop work and daily travel. Some USA overnight travels and occasional travel outside of USA (Mostly Canada);

WORKING CONDITIONS

• A company vehicle equipped with all required specialized tools is provided to visit customers;
• Conditions are that of a normal repair shop environment and in field repairs, which depends on outside weather conditions;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
