SOSi is currently seeking a Senior Regional Manager to support a large intelligence support services contract in the CENTCOM AOR. The program supports the coordination, planning, and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation, production, dissemination, and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies in Iraq.

Responsibilities

• Serve as working level contractor included in overall level of effort and reports to the PM.
• Responsible for the overall contract operations of their respective geographic region as assigned by the PM and shall be the contractor’s primary technical performance interface with COR/TTM within each region.
• Receive and execute technical tasking’s from COR//TTM to the designated local Government representative at their assigned Regional Command.
• Assist with managing project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers.
• Task planning, preparation, and execustion (Establish Baseline and Metrics).
• Activley participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, etc. This may include providing management, technical, cost, or schedule information and other advice and assistance to the customer.
• Maintain and facilitate continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems.
• This position requires travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Active in scope Secret clearance is required, TS/SCI is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or eight years relevant management experience in lieu of education.
• 8 years of experience working in Government environment as either a Member of theS. Armed Forces or Government (GG14) serving in Multi-Intelligence roles, with at least two years management/command experience including leading large complex projects or teams.
• Command or Management experience, including leading large complex projects or teams.
• At least two years of experience in in the USCENTCOM
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
• Ability to meet and sustain all pre-deployment and deployment medical and dental screening process requirements.
• Experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional/political/military issues highly desirable, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is highly desirable, but not required.
• Experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional/political/military issues is highly desirable, but not required.
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

Working Conditions

• Frequent travel and TDY within the USCENTCOM AOR.
• Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
• Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
• Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
