Recruitment of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Partners with hiring managers and actively advertise job opportunities, refers qualified applicants, phone screens candidates, schedule interviews, participates in interviewing prospective employees as needed, administers pre-employment background and reference checks and drug screens. Collaborates with hiring managers, department heads, and HR staff to ensure hiring qualified and capable talent. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations and company policies. Work with external recruiters as needed.
HRIS/ATS system administration including maintaining recruitment module within HRIS system. Assists with employee record keeping and preparing new employee materials and updates as needed.
Assists with conducting new employee orientation sessions and applicable benefits and employee policy and procedure training.
Some travel may be required as company grows.
