That’s why we’ve been distributed from the start: initially between offices in Boston & Santa Barbara, and now with additional offices in Seattle, San Francisco & Paris. This role can be done from anywhere in the United States- any of our offices, or remotely from home. It’s about impact, not location. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be a member of a team responsible for the evaluation and design of Sales Order Execution & Fulfillment focused systems and process improvements. You will participate in the development, support, and maintenance of the order system landscape. This includes SAP S/4HANA, SalesForce Platform Integration, various global online marketplaces and a variety of reporting solutions. The team is also responsible for building and maintaining integrations from 3rd party systems that allow us to interact electronically with our business partners. In addition, the team is accountable for process documentation and for ensuring end users have the ability to efficiently operate within our solutions. This role will initially include a focus on Order To Cash, supporting our Go To Market initiatives as well as operational improvements for Business Operations. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, whose hands-on technical experience and collaborative working-style will help accelerate the implementation of solutions in our Order to Cash value stream. What You’ll Do Actively lead requirements gathering, analyze business requests, define solutions. Create test scripts, drive testing, and ensure work is correctly promoted to the production environment (utilizing Sonos standard tools: Jira, Confluence, TestRail) Partner with the development, interface and quality teams on bug fixes and new developments. Create and maintain process documentation and lead end user training. Oversee the Sales and Distribution modules of SAP that supports the Sonos design. Maintain customer master data. If you don’t have 100% of the skills listed, we strongly encourage you to apply if interested. Basic Qualifications 8 yrs in SAP implementations, with an emphasis on the Order To Cash process area. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Proven ability to design, review, and implement solutions that improve the efficiency of Business Operations by leveraging SAP. Proven ability to work collaboratively with business process owners and IT to identify and solve process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Available To Promise (aATP) including allocations and backorder processing Payment processing and credit card authorizations Well-rounded functional knowledge of some or all: billing, EDI, delivery orders/PGI, pricing, credit memos, tax, order management. Master Data Management experience (Vendors, Customers, Materials, GL Accounts, etc.). S/4 HANA experience. Experience mentoring other Business Systems Analysts. #LI-Remote We consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may cause compensation to vary depending on your skills, experience and qualifications. This job is also eligible for discretionary bonuses as well as an opportunity to become a Sonos shareholder because all full time employees are eligible for stock grants. The minimum base pay may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions.
