Sonny’s Carwash Controls Division, located in Tamarac, Florida, is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist that must be passionate about their work and dedicated to client satisfaction. Our company has a developed robust, Software as a Service (SAAS) applications that has been experiencing rapid growth based on our unique market position, strategy and direction.

Responsibilities

The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new clients and helping to train existing clients to successfully use the features of the Controls software platform. This individual will be responsible for working with clients to understand the platform, project manage the custom design of branding materials and act as an advisor introducing new clients to industry best practices.

• Contact all clients to gather or establish initial site branding.• Introduce clients to the onboarding process.• Distribute and collect all pertinent documents related to client onboarding.• Generate and incorporate additional client onboarding documents as needed.• Work directly with internal and external graphic designers.• Manage customer digital menu boards utilizing a cloud software platform.• Oversee the sales menu flow, design and configuration.• Coordinate the design of decals and custom powder coating of units.• Stay up to date with new equipment, features, software and training methods.• Conduct additional client training as needed.• Provide feedback to Management on account set-up and software usage to inform process and/or design improvement suggestions.• Advise clients on industry standards and best practices.• Work with management to source new products for R&D.• Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment, working with the project from specification to user acceptance.• Must be self-motivated and extremely reliable.• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.• Act as a backup to Controls sales.• Place Controls parts orders and track delivery.• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:o Photoshop.o Adobe Illustrator.o Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).o Understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.

• Additional Desired Skills:o Results Orientation-Proven ability to set and achieve project deadlines.o Detail Orientation-Highly organized and attention to small details.o Organization & Time Management-Able to plan, schedule and organize meeting all deadlines.

Education and Formal Training: o High School or equivalent.

Desired Experience:• 2 years Car Wash experience• 1 years of project organization• 1 years Adobe Suite

Candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screen before beginning work.
