Sonja Sproul Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Office Receptionist Near Lorane, OR

We are currently looking for a front office patient care coordinator at Sonja Sproul Dentistry. You’ll be working with a fun, collaborative, and supportive team in a compassionate environment. If you are a self-starter who appreciates autonomy and wants to do meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly when they arrive for their appointments
  • Confirming and rescheduling appointments
  • Reviewing appointment needs
  • Assisting patients with paperwork and taking payments
  • Placing and answering phone calls
  • Answer questions regarding appointments, treatment plans and insurance benefit coverage
  • Scheduling appointments for treatment
  • Maintain patient files and update information if needed

Additional duties may include

  • Calling on insurance claims
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Assisting with recall

Qualifications

  • Dental experience required, Dentrix preferred
  • Empathetic patient communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to get the job done as a team
  • Ability to think and perform with both the immediate and long term in mind

Lifestyle-friendly hours

  • Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm (lunch 1-2)
  • Thursdays 9am-2pm
